Will it make me fat?
Not at all; There is very little fat in the gelatin.
If you look at the picture on the right, you will see two layers. One is fat and the other is gelatin. The fat is lifted off the gelatin and discarded (actually, the chickens love it and usually get it as a tasty snack).
How should I take it?
How much do you regard as the standard dose?
We take one frozen cube a day, dissolved in a little warm water. This seems to be the ideal dose for us at the moment to help control the type of joint pain we have. Perhaps in the future, we may need to up the dose, or we may be lucky enough to be able to reduce it. Time will tell.
Our recommendation is that you start there and see what dose rate works best for you. Many people take half the dose in the morning with breakfast, and the other half with their evening meal. You will have received your free glass with your first order, and this is a good way to remind you to take your Bone Broth daily.
One thing I will say; There is very definitely a cumulative effect, and the longer you take it the more benefits and advantages you will be rewarded with.
